Phenix Optics Co., Ltd. is a subsidiary of Phenix Optics group Co., Ltd., formerly known as Jiangxi optical instrument general factory, which established by Shanghai camera factory No. 2, Shanghai film machinery factory, Nanjing surveying and mapping instrument factory, Nanjing mold factory, Jiangnan optical instrument factory and others in August 1965. The company was moved to Shangrao optics road in March 1988 and was renamed Jiangxi Phenix Optical instrument (group) Co., Ltd. in March 1996. In May 1997, the company was established and successfully listed on the Shanghai stock exchange. In December 2000, "debt-to-equity swap" was implemented, and Phenix Optics holdings Co., Ltd. was jointly established with China Oriental asset management Co., Ltd.. In March 2005, it was renamed Phenix Optics group Co., Ltd..
On July 1st, 2015, Phenix Optics group exchanged its 100% equity of Phenix holding to CETHIK group free of charge. Phenix Optics holding completed the registration procedures for the change of state-owned shares and obtained the business license issued by the industrial and commercial administration bureau of Shangrao city. After the transfer of state-owned shares is completed, CETHIK group becomes the indirect controlling shareholder of Phenix Optics through Phenix optics. Phenix Optics became the important optical platform within CETHIK Group.
